SITES is part of the Critical Zone Network of Networks (CZ-NON), an international project that brings Critical Zone (CZ) communities together to advance and guide international CZ research. In addition to SITES, CZ-NoN includes US CZ communities, OZCAR network in France and the TERENO network in Germany.
Currently, the CZ-NoN project is collecting feedback from the community to better understand how researchers define the Critical Zone. As such, please take the chance to fill in a short anonymous survey to provide your definition of the CZ. The results from the survey will be compiled and presented in a paper co-authored by people from the expanding community that the CZ-NoN project is bringing together.
